The Brief

Ipsen is a global biopharmaceutical group that focuses on discovering innovative medicines in oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases.

Ipsen was leasing a shophouse within the CBD area to run its operations. But with company growth within their sights, they were in need of a larger office space of between 3,300 to 4,000 sq.ft. Tenant CS was appointed to conduct a site search and assist in the relocation.

Ipsen was looking for a fully-fitted space that included an open plan area, partitioned offices, boardroom and meeting rooms. They also required a property that conveyed a strong corporate image located within the CBD area.

The Results

A 3,300 sq.ft office space was located at Twenty Anson, along Anson road – a prime 20-storey commercial office building in downtown Tanjong Pagar, close to the Tanjong Pagar MRT Station.

Twenty Anson features sustainable and energy efficient design and was the winner of the Green Mark Platinum Award in 2009. In addition to a modern facade, reputable address and rather grand lobby, the office space has great natural light, high ceilings and fantastic district views.
