Tenant CS was appointed to find a 3,000 sqm, A or B Grade premises, which was within 750 metres of Green Square, Redfern or Central Station.
Ultimately Tenant CS was able to secure a new clean lease for POG and negotiated favourable terms, including a market incentive for a redevelopment location of which the owner, Mirvac, anticipated that rents would increase by 20%. Through tenacity and perseverance we were able to secure this site for POG.
