At Tenant CS, we believe that the commercial real estate industry is broken with the odds stacked heavily in favour of landlords. We're on a mission to fix it and rebalance the scales for commercial and industrial tenants - helping them save time, money and even a few grey hairs by securing them the best property on the best terms.

Yes, Tenant CS was certified as a Great Place to Work in 2026 for the fourth year running. The certification recognises Tenant CS’ workplace culture, employee experience and commitment to creating a supportive, collaborative and people-focused team environment.
Tenant CS offers flexible working arrangements, team bonding days, bonus well-being leave, an annual well-being allowance, flexible public holidays, professional development opportunities, a phone allowance and a generous commission structure. The company also focuses on building an ego-free, collaborative culture where people enjoy their work and feel supported.
Tenant CS achieved strong results in its 2026 Great Place to Work survey, including 96% of staff agreeing it is a great place to work, 100% saying people are treated fairly, 94% feeling proud to work there and an average score of 85% across all questions.
