In a nutshell: This is a varied role ideally suited to an individual with experience in reviewing long form documents or contracts, operating within an environment that requires a high attention to detail. You may be coming from a corporate background and looking for a more dynamic and vibrant culture and new career trajectory. Whilst we operate within the property sector, we are very open to people applying from all different backgrounds and experiences, no property experience needed!

You will have the opportunity to lend your experience within a growing organisation that puts its culture first. In this role you will support our team of consultants across various administration and organisational projects, working collaboratively alongside senior consultants within our Sydney Office.

A day in the life

Based in our Sydney CBD office, 2 minutes from Wynyard station, you can expect your days to cover the following:

  • Preparing client proposals and briefs
  • Submitting client requirements and collation of information into internal portal
  • Facilitating client meetings
  • Preparing request for proposal (RFP) documents
  • Business development research
  • Financial analysis, reporting and invoicing
  • CRM management (Salesforce)
  • Adhoc support to marketing, finance, IT and consultants
  • Potential to grow and manage junior admin staff on and offshore

About you:

  • 3+ years in an administrative role requiring high attention to detail within fast paced environment
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in using a suite of technology platforms ideally including Salesforce, Notion or similar
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, proactive, optimistic and enjoys working collaboratively in a team and supporting others
