With the help of Tenant CS, 67 Pall Mall were on the hunt to secure a Sydney office HQ ahead of launching their first Sydney private members’ wine club.
It was critical that the office was situated in close proximity to the future club, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and alignment between front-of-house and corporate functions.
With their main operations based in Melbourne, Tenant CS was engaged to identify suitable nearby HQ options and facilitate negotiations given our in-depth knowledge of Sydney’s commercial market.
Tenant CS identified and secured an office space within the target precinct of 67 Pall Mall’s upcoming Sydney club, ensuring operational alignment and ease of access between the two locations.
