Alstom was looking for a bigger office space, as they had won a project in Perth and were outgrowing the current premises. As this project was due to start in early 2020, the requirement was immediate. They were looking for 650-700 sqm office space in the Perth CBD, in an A-grade building with an existing fit-out in place (for approx. 50 staff plus meeting rooms) close to public transport.
Tenant CS started talks with their current landlord about exiting early, while simultaneously going to the market to identify all other suitable options.
Alstom was able to exit their current premises early and move into their new premises. Tenant CS managed to negotiate extremely favourable terms, with the landlord agreeing to do fit-out works, as well as giving a large incentive on top of a brand new fitout. Tenant CS was able to achieve this within a project span of only 3 months.
