The company was looking to relocate from Paya Lebar Quarters to the CBD area to facilitate their business meetings and so that their staff members could access direct transport and high-frequency services to and from the office. April Insurance engaged Tenant CS to conduct a site search and assist with their office relocation.
Tenant CS undertook the following:
Several office spaces were shortlisted and viewed by April Insurance, but none of the options met all of their requirements. However, Tenant CS knew of a client who was moving out of their commercial office.
The space was located within the CBD area and was around 2000 sq.ft, fully-fitted with an efficient layout. On top of this, the property offered a boutique feel that was in line with the company’s corporate image. April Insurance opted to take over this space at a highly competitive rental rate.
