With a growing headcount and imminent lease expiry for their Melbourne site, Beiersdorf was looking to relocate to a larger space more in line with its corporate image.

Tenant CS assisted Beiersdorf in relocating to a prime office space in their preferred suburb and negotiated favourable lease terms on their behalf. These terms included a 24% incentive on a 3-year lease, which is well above the market average of 8-10%.
The new office space is also located in a modern A-Grade building that reflects Beiersdorf’s global corporate image.
