Following a thorough investigation into the Sydney market, Tenant CS presented a business case to International SOS’ board that demonstrated the benefits of moving out of the CBD. As a result of this project, International SOS achieved a 28% net reduction in the company’s annual rent over the term of the lease and was able to set up a more flexible and agile workplace.
