National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) appointed Tenant CS to help them find a more efficient space with a smaller footprint that was more suitable to their business model and would help attract their employees back to the office.
Specifically, the company was looking for 600-700sqm space in a central location with a flexible work layout and the ability to hold board meetings and events within the office. As a not-for-profit, NBCF was also looking to generate cost savings where possible.
The project involved:
After a competitive process involving multiple landlords and good quality options, Tenant CS successfully negotiated terms for a fully fitted-out office space.
Centrally located with a view of Wynyard Park, the new office offers a more efficient configuration, better amenities for staff and the ability for functions to be held onsite.
Tenant CS achieved significant cost savings by identifying premises whereby NBCF could utilise an existing fit-out whilst upgrading the overall office environment.
Following the successful completion of the project and in recognition of the fantastic work NBCF does, Tenant CS also proudly donated $37,000 towards breast cancer research.
