Previously engaged in a flex working arrangement, Ash St. approached Tenant CS to source a suitable space within the city core that would move them closer to clients, offer access to enhanced amenities, accommodate future growth and provide flexible tenure.
With the view of moving away from a traditional legal configuration, Ash St. sought a workplace with a high-end fit-out and creative feel that would inspire their staff and encourage collaboration.
Initially, Ash St. sought a smaller, short-term space of circa 200 sqm. However, after exploring various coworking and commercial options, an enticing opportunity on a 5-year term compelled them to reconsider the brief.
Tenant CS was able to negotiate phenomenal savings on a 315 sqm office at 285 George St - a heritage building with access to the state-of-the-art facilities at neighbouring Brookfield Place.
