With the view of moving away from a traditional legal configuration, Ash St. sought a workplace with a high-end fit-out and creative feel that would inspire their staff and encourage collaboration.
Initially, Ash St. sought a smaller, short-term space of circa 200 sqm. However, after exploring various coworking and commercial options, an enticing opportunity on a 5-year term compelled them to reconsider the brief.
