Breitling, a premium Swiss watchmaker, was leasing a retail space in the Sydney CBD that was being demolished to make way for construction of the new light rail network.

Tenant CS was appointed to find Breitling a retail space that complimented their luxury brand.

The Results

Despite a shortage of market options, Tenant CS found Breitling a new retail space that was in line with their brand and their preferred location.

As part of the negotiations, the landlord also agreed to provide a large fit out contribution.
