With its Melbourne office split between two floors and an upcoming lease expiry, Dassault wanted to select a tenant representative to map down its property requirements and explore on and off-market opportunities.
Dassault appointed Tenant CS to assess whether it was preferable to stay in the existing office and refit or to relocate into a single floor tenancy within the Melbourne fringe markets.

While the focus was originally on the fringe market, Tenant CS identified a ‘’wild card’’ option within the Melbourne CBD, just metres away from Flinders Street Station.
The sitting tenant was looking at exiting the space by assigning their lease and offering a brand new fitout as part of the deal.
The single floor tenancy will support Dassault reinforcing its company culture and increase synergies between teams. Dassault will be able to leverage the collaborative modern fitout to retain key staff and attract new employees.
