We began with benchmarking existing premises against the market, then sourced alternative options and inspections. Finally, we negotiated and secured the final terms and provided ongoing support until the final handover.
Tenant CS identified additional space in the same building that was suitable for an agile workspace. By using the floor more efficiently the client was able to take less space, whilst keeping the headcount the same. The savings through space efficiency were further enhanced by a 20+% incentive over the term.
