Facing an upcoming lease expiry in their George Street location and with a desire to be close to Martin Place and Regiment square, RSL NSW engaged Tenant CS to help them source a new office space. The new premises needed to accommodate large board meetings and support the company's growing headcount.
To do this, Tenant CS:
Tenant CS identified and secured a fantastic office space in RSL NSW's preferred location that offered favourable commercial terms, significant cost savings on monthly rental, and an existing fit-out (including a large boardroom). The team was also able to negotiate for the landlord to cover some minor alterations to the space to cater to RSL NSW's desired layout.
